ChallengeOrganize a team meeting and emphasize the connection between the two cultures in one company - 50/50 split between Ukrainians and Germans.
How we made it happen
We decided to demonstrate the combination of cultures through Ukrainian and German cuisine. To make it happen, we invited one of the most famous Ukrainian chefs from the fine dining restaurant Mirali. Together with the German chef, they developed five dishes, held a master class on fermentation, and an additional master class on making wooden slicing boards for team building.
